The whole of Koh Tao or Ko Tao is simply beautiful. Like a paradise dream come true. It kind of feels like Thailand old, although there are cool little bars and eateries along the beach but nothing too over the top like some of the more 'party' renowned Thai islands.
It’s an amazing destination to visit with kids. Thailand as a country is fantastic for children culturally and educationally in general and Thai people love kids. From the busy bustle of Bangkok to the mainland coasts and islands.
Our days on Koh tao were mostly spent on the beach, from morning until late. Playing, connecting, watching the waves roll in & out, being at one with nature & relaxing. A freshen up in the evening then heading down to a basic, relaxed, chill vibe beach bar / restaurant. This is exactly our kind of thing.
