Coming soon - We've been asked many times by friends and insta friends, what it was like buying a house at auction. What was timeline like? how did we complete in 2 weeks? And how easy was it to do? Some friends have also jumped onto the buying property at auction 'thing' afterwards. This is a blog post telling of our experiences in buying a house at auction. The pitfalls, the things to look out for, the extra charges that get added. There's a lot to know, but once you know it, the results can be great on your wallet once you've finished the reno and sold the project.
