CREATING A BRAND NEW YOUTUBE ACCOUNT

FOR YOUR HOBBIES | SKILLS | INTERESTS

It's possible to earn a passive income from your passions, interests and hobbies.

You can literally monetise a skill that you have, or something that you love doing, that others would pay to know, or see you do.

If you can add value to people's lives by making their lives better or solving a problem / pain for them in some way with this skill, love, passion, hobby then even better. But you don't always need to monetise a life changing, monumental change the world kind of product, content or thing. You can literally make someone's life better by simply providing content in your shared interests / passions that they also love. This is why knowing your niche is so important. If you know your niche, you know their problems/pains/passions/loves so you can create content or products that they will love too. And sometimes your best niche is YOU.

We are a family of 4 that all have our own online businesses. Myself (Mum/Fletch: runs this blog that earns money through me writing about things I love: Becoming Financially Free - earning online, financial freedom, getting others to start living a life of their dreams. And Becoming Mentally Free - The Universe, spirituality, energy, vibration, frequency and tools and guides to raise our frequency, living our own high frequency dream life in Bali).

Si (Dad): runs his own clothing brand that earns money passively from anywhere in the world and he has a digital position as an artist in residence with Avalanche (a Web3 Blockchain) which he works on digitally and remotely. He has lot's of Twitter spaces and calls to the US during the night, but fits it around our Bali life. It's a small price to pay for our freedom life)

It was time to help our kids get into the online digital space as part of their home schooling learning. We think digital skills for the digital space and financial learning are the best skills that we can teach our kids going forward for a world that is moving into the digital age - see why we're Home Schooling our kids and follow our Worldschooling journey) and during our daily timetable, we add an hour in of digital skills based learning, which has lead our 15 y/o to start her own online business (launching soon). Where we cover business studies: business planning, finding her niche, social media strategy, product development and so much more.

Bertie's love of gaming was something that we knew he could monetise. Like all 8 y/o kids, Bertie loves being on his IPad and we try to limit his time spent on it. Always seeing his gaming as a problem. He should be out playing in the sunshine and poking around bare foot. Which he does lot's of now we're in Bali. Most of our days are spent outdoors, at the beach. But because he LOVES gaming and knows what he likes to see and therefore what his audience (niche) would also love to see, it was the next step for him to start monetising his loves and passions. Learning new skills along the way around content creation, video editing and technology. By creating video content on YouTube of his gaming life by adding value to his viewers lives by offering game tips, playing and testing new games etc.

See Bertie's Youtube account here Bertie BooTube: a youtube channel for kids that love Minecraft and Roblox. To get tips, secret gameplay and have fun on the games. Subscribe to get notified about Updates & New Videos.

We're starting from the ground up and so his channel is completely brand new: zero subscribers, zero videos. His first video launching 7/9/24 with his new learned videography, editing and sound skills that we've been busy learning these last few weeks. Please give him a cheeky subscribe as you doing that will really help him start to grow his account. Once he makes a success out of this, we will share our tips and how to's to help you monetise your hobbies, skills and interests at any age.
